We do not guarantee any availability for our content, nor do we provide liability for any damage to your computer caused by our content.
If your usage was previously allowed, but then becomes disallowed later, you will no longer be able to use our content.
Our content is on an AS IS basis, subject to change.
This is not our full terms of service, just general usage guidelines in an easy-to-read format.

These terms of service focus on our solo music!
These only apply to non-collaboration songs, where I make everything myself.
Note: These songs are generally dedicated to the community, as I'm trying to make my terms as open as possible.

  • Unlimited listening of my music!
  • Using my music in a non-commercial way (Credit is appreciated!)
  • Using my music commercially (Credit is appreciated!)
  • Unlimited copying and sharing of our music (Credit is appreciated!)
  • Any usage that breaks the Christian Bible.
  • Any usage against the Canadian law.
  • Any usage against your local law.
  • Usage of my music for exploitative purposes.
  • Examples include: Pay-to-win games, Scams made to exploit people, Uploading without consent, etc.
  • The bible takes priority over the law in this case.

These terms of service focus on our collab music!
These only apply to collab songs, where I don't make all of the music.

  • Assuming no terms are listed, you may:
  • Stream the song unlimited times (on streaming platforms)
  • Use our music in personal projects (with credit)
  • Determined per song
  • Assuming no terms are listed, you may not:
  • Pirate our music
  • Use our music in any personal / non-commercial projects without credit
  • Use our music in ways against the Bible.
  • The bible takes priority over the law in this case.

These terms of service focus on our solo videos!
Note that we will not copyright strike you if you use our content, unless you directly reupload our content without our consent.
If you do get a copyright strike, contact me immediately and I will try to resolve the situation.
Copyright strikes are only reserved for extreme cases listed below, primairly reuploading our content without credit.

  • Downloading of our videos
  • Using clips of our videos (with credit)
  • Reuploads of the audio (with credit)
  • Transformative reuploads of our content
  • Using our content without credit
  • Direct re-uploads of our content (If you do this without credit, we will send a copyright strike.)
  • Any usage that breaks the Christian Bible.
  • Any usage against the Canadian law.
  • Any usage against your local law.
  • Usage of my content for exploitative purposes.
  • Examples include: Pay-to-win games, Scams made to exploit people, Uploading without consent, etc.
